About The Role

• Build, maintain, and update webpages through components and templates using Adobe Experience Manager, HTML, CSS.
• Develop test landing pages in collaboration with Marketing, Analytics, User Experience, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Run the Retention scrum Author team and coordinate with the Scum Lead and Product Owners assessing priorities, workload, and team capacity. Coordinate your teams needs with the Lead Author and Marketing Operations Senior Manager.
• Delegate tasks to Authors and set deadlines
• Oversee day-to-day operation, monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Motivate team members, discover training needs, and provide coaching
• Work in an Agile Scrum methodology, and actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies
• As an AEM front-end expert, provide feedback to the back-end development team on ways to make McAfees AEM instance faster, easier, and higher quality.
  

About You

• You have hands on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.4) and programming languages such as HTML and CSS
• You have previous experience in an e-commerce environment and familiarity with Acquisition, Conversation, and Retention flows desired
• You have experience leading a team or significant project
• You have proven experience expressing your opinions and making inquiries within daily stand-up calls
• You have a great understanding and knowledge of product website structure, taxonomy, and templates
• You understand the customer journey through the website
• Having experience in JavaScript and/or Vue.JS is a big plus
• Having experience in Java and/or the backend is a plus
• Having experience with Agile, Scrum, and JIRA is preferred
• You have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
• You have experience and working knowledge with web analytic tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
• You have experience working with localized sites, translated content, and various currencies
• You thrive collaborating as part of an international team including User Experience, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to achieve great web experiences
• You have experience managing a large number of geographical sites using language/live copies
• You have experience working in different environments (e.g. author, preview, publish, host files)
