  • Provide L1 technical support over phone, remote access or email
  • Experience in working on an IT Help Desk level 1 support issues.
  • Responsible for the support and administration activities.
  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation & presentation skills.
  • Should be familiar with basic security concepts and technologies in the wider Identity and Access management space
  • Self-motivation and ability to take a pro-active approach to work assignments & learn emerging IAM technologies.
  • A desire and interest to work for the Information Security Sector
  • Good team player & ready to work in shifts
