Key Responsibilities:

4+ years experience working in ServiceNow preferably -

- Well versed with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST, APIs)

- Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production

- Independently able to configure ServiceNow workflows and associated scripting.

- Familiar with SAML authentication and integration with ServiceNow

- Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML

- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills

- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.

- Familiar with UI/UX concepts

Technical Expertise:

Minimum of 4 years relevant IT experience Prior experience in ServiceNow as a user, admin or developer Detailed knowledge of Service Desk processes and ITIL standards

Professional Attributes:

Good Communication Skills Minimum supervisor intervention Good Team Player.

Educational Qualification:

Degree in Information Technology or other relevant field ServiceNow Certification is a plus.
