Role: SAP ABAP Consultant

Describe the scope of the position:
The role requires a Senior ABAP developer with strong communication skills to be part of BUNGE Global ABAP team based in Mohali. As part of a global pool of resources, teamwork and fluent English will be mandatory for this position.
Describe the primary responsibilities/ accountabilities of the position:
Develop, analyze and deliver ABAP solutions in BUNGEs SAP platforms based on project/support requirements assigned.
Support in testing to validate development requirements are satisfied
Will be responsible for coordination of developments assigned by the Global ABAP lead or any ABAP lead defined by the Global ABAP lead.
Work as a team member of the SAP Global ABAP team.
Should be located in India (Mohali) being a permanent contact for BUNGEs Global ABAP team leads.
Share knowledge with other development resources in the Global ABAP Team.
Trustful support and advisor to team members. Ability and willingness to acquire new competencies
Strong ABAP / Technical Experience. Senior knowledge on ABAP and ABAP OO development language. Should have a Senior Skill on ABAP RICEF development.
Should have worked on development projects and production support in complex SAP environments.
Experience with software development life cycle methodologies and methodology of SAP ECC.
Fluent in English is a must other language are recommended.
Experience on any functional module like MM, SD, FI, PS or GTM would be a plus.
Experience on any other SAP/ABAP related technology (eg. PI, BW, Workflow or Web Dynpro, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5) would be a plus.
