Effectively use personal network, create, and build database of candidates from digital platforms and referrals for a healthy pipeline.
Evaluate candidate skills by doing phone screening and schedule the shortlisted candidates interviews -in-person/ VC.
Facilitate the offer process post selection by doing reference check, taking approvals from leadership, doing salary negotiation, and releasing the offer to the candidates.
Take ownership of the requisitions assigned and share status report to the hiring manager daily.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling queries, interpreting.
Collaborate with hiring managers and determine selection criteria.
Source potential candidates through various online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Sourcing CVs from various channels such as job portals (Linked, Naukri, Monster,) companies own database, referencing generating reference.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Develop employer branding strategies to promote the company.
