Roles and Responsibilities
To attract candidate and act as a partner with business to effectively and efficiently implement the mobilization strategies that result in a high caliber workforce in the organization.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers of the companies.
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals
Scheduling candidates for interview and explaining them each and every stage of interview.
knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training & Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Interacting with candidates when they come for interview and introducing them to Delivery Managers/ Ops Head and Manager HR for interviews.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication (Verbal & Written) and interpersonal skills
Should have managed various sources [eg, job portals, reference, campus hiring, etc] for recruitment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Should have sound exposure to IT recruitment across locations.
should be able to manage multiple recruitment positions Experience in using JOB PORTAL and Bulk Recruitment
Candidate having minimum of 2 year experience in recruitment.
